Command & Conquer Generals 2 is currently slated to be released in 2013. The last Command and Conquer Generals was released in 2003 and according to Executive Producer Jon Van Caneghem, “For the last eight years, Command & Conquer fans have been begging for a return to the Generals universe”.Ĭommand & Conquer Generals 2 is planned to be a PC exclusive and will utilize the Frostbite 2 engine which is better known for powering Battlefield 3.
